vAirMed Intl ("we", "us") is a VATSIM virtual airline. This policy explains what data we collect from pilots and site visitors, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data We Collect
- Pilot name, email address, and VATSIM CID (Certificate ID)
- Flight reports (PIREPs) including routes, aircraft, and flight times
- Live ACARS position data while flying on our network
Why We Collect It
This data is used to operate the virtual airline: tracking pilot progress, generating leaderboards, managing our fleet, and displaying live flights on our map. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-Party Sharing
Flight activity summaries may be posted to our Discord server. We do not share your personal data with any other third party outside of what is required to operate this virtual airline.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies/local storage to remember your cookie consent choice. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us via our Discord server.
